About us

PayAny1 Pty Ltd (PayAny1, we, us, our) is a Melbourne based company, trading as ‘Cashwo’.

It is important for you to know that non cash payment products services are not protected under the Financial Claims scheme.

As an AFSL holder we act for ourselves.

Purpose and content of FSG

This Financial Services Guide (FSG) is designed to assist you in deciding whether to use any of the financial services offered by PayAny1 Pty Ltd. It contains important information you need to know, including:

  • Details about the financial services we provide and documents you may receive from us;
  • Information about any remuneration or benefits that may be paid to us or other relevant persons in relation to the services we offer; and
  • how you can make a complaint to us and how we will deal with your complaint.

Please read this FSG carefully to understand these important matters before making a decision about our services.

Documents you may receive

You will receive the following documents at the time we think that we may provide you with a financial service.

Before you decide to acquire any of our products, you will be provided with a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). The PDS is designed to give you detailed information about the product, including its features, benefits, risks, costs, and other relevant details to help you decide whether the product is appropriate for you.

The PDS will be given to you before you sign up for the product.

You can also access the Target Market Determination (TMD) for our products, which outlines the class of consumers for whom the product is likely to be appropriate, how the product is distributed, and any review triggers. The TMD is available at cashwo.com.au/targetmarketdetermination.

Our product(s) are governed by General Terms which are available at cashwo.com.au/termsandconditions and our Privacy Policy which is available at cashwo.com.au/privacypolicy. You should read the General Terms and Privacy Policy before you decide to obtain our product(s).

Financial services we can provide

PayAny1 is authorised to provide general advice about and deal in non-cash payment products. PayAny1 is the issuer of its own products.

What commissions, fees or other benefits are received?

PayAny1 receives fees and charges as set out below:

Service Fees – Effective from 01 September 2025

Free Trial Period

  • First 3 months: No charges apply

Monthly Service Fee (after free trial period)

  • $50 per month for up to 30 transactions
  • Includes access to Cashwo web portal for transaction and agreement management
  • Includes settlement to your business bank account

Additional Transaction Fees

  • $0.99 per transaction beyond the first 30 transactions in any monthly billing period

Settlement Services

  • Settlement to merchant business bank account: No additional fee

Portal Access

  • Transaction viewing and agreement details: Included in monthly service fee
  • Web portal access: No additional fee

Example: If you process 45 transactions in a month (after the free trial period), you would pay $50 (monthly fee) + $14.85 (15 additional transactions × $0.99) = $64.85 total for that month.

Referral Benefits and Remuneration

PayAny1 Pty Ltd does not have any arrangements in place where remuneration, commission, or other benefits are received for referring clients to or from other persons. If any such arrangements are made in the future, we will disclose this information to you in writing.

Associations

Payany1 Pty Ltd does not have any relationships or associations that might influence us in providing you with our services If such associations or relationships do come into existence, we will disclose them to you in writing

What should you do if you have a complaint?

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to our product(s) or the financial services we have provided to you, please follow the below procedure:

Please provide a full explanation of your complaint. PayAny1 may request further details from you about the complaint. PayAny1 will seek to resolve the complaint immediately, or by no later than 5 business days after receiving your complaint.

Step 2

If you are not happy with the outcome, you may request that PayAny1’s compliance officer review your complaint and PayAny1’s proposed resolutions. The compliance officer may contact you for more information. The compliance officer will contact you with his or her decision.

Step 3

If you are still not satisfied with the decision or PayAny1 does not respond to you within 30 calendar days after you make the initial complaint to PayAny1, you can contact PayAny1’s external dispute resolution provider, Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA’s details are:

Compensation Arrangements

We hold professional indemnity insurance, which covers the financial services we are authorized to provide to you. This professional indemnity insurance satisfies the requirements of section 912B of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
